Combining Italian Mediterranean style with Middle Eastern opulence, and extending the craftsmanship of high-end hotels, the design utilizes earthy tones and various materials to create an understated sense of luxury. The show flat's design blends fashion, art, and lifestyle, creating an immersive experience akin to stepping into a high-end boutique, showcasing a refined balance of texture, light, and proportion.
The reception center uses coral and an eight-pointed star as symbolic elements, presenting a sophisticated and refined atmosphere through meticulous craftsmanship and the interweaving of different materials. The show flats are inspired by luxury brands, incorporating symbolic elements to transform the luxury context into the language of residential spaces, presenting a unique visual memory and high recognizability.
The overall design combines marble, wood veneer, metal, and glass in layers; the reception center uses a laser-engraved metal coral shape as its visual focal point; the sample house uses metal frames, glass partitions, and a diamond-patterned facade to present a stylish and elegant look; another sample house uses orange leather paired with wood veneer and ironwork to create a soft yet luxurious balance.
The use of recyclable materials, non-toxic latex paint, and green building materials reduces environmental impact. Extensive use of factory prefabrication methods improves precision and reduces on-site dust and noise pollution. An outdoor air circulation system effectively reduces indoor stale air and maintains air circulation even without opening windows.
The system employs LED energy-saving lighting and a zoned control system to avoid unnecessary power consumption. Air curtains and automatic doors are installed at the main entrance to prevent cold air leakage and hot air intrusion, and effectively block dust, insects, and pollutants, saving energy and electricity costs while ensuring a clean environment.
Both the reception and exhibition areas avoid sharp corners and use warm-toned materials to enhance tactile safety and reduce the risk of collisions. Seating is arranged at a comfortable height, and the meeting spaces offer privacy while maintaining good flow, creating a friendly environment for all ages that is both respectful and comfortable.
