● Adapting to Terrain

Aligning with the triangular shape of the site, the project optimally integrates the building's mass with the urban environment's connectivity. The design centers around the entrance plaza, where landscape planting, sidewalks, and visual axes guide create a clearly layered entry experience, emphasizing privacy and a sense of belonging. Additionally, the vehicle entrance is strategically positioned away from direct connections to the main roads, using intermediary spaces to filter environmental noise and visual disturbances, thus ensuring the residents' quality of life.

● Crafting Quality Living

The spatial planning of the project adopts the "internal-external symbiosis" concept. An expansive planting layout enables the seamless integration of vertical greening with ground-level landscaping. Particularly, the greenery at the ground-floor plaza not only far exceeds regulatory standards but also creates a microclimate akin to an urban forest through multi-layered plant arrangements. This plan enhances air quality and regulates environmental humidity, contributing to an improved living environment.
