AMLI MidTown Miami, a three-block-long residential development in downtown Miami, transforms a former railyard into a dynamic, pedestrian-friendly urban streetscape. Spanning 6.5 acres, the LEED-Platinum-certified complex seamlessly integrates a lush, layered landscape, fostering an inviting public realm that balances accessibility, connectivity, and human-centric design.

The streetscape is designed to enhance walkability, ensure safety, and foster engagement. Native Live Oak canopies, shaded seating areas, and permeable surfaces enhance comfort while supporting sustainability. Parallel street parking naturally calms traffic—reducing average vehicle speeds by 15%—and improves pedestrian safety. Defined edges and dynamic hardscape materials shape an intuitive and visually cohesive environment, blending functionality with aesthetic appeal.

The streetscape promotes a vibrant urban experience, reinforcing Midtown Miami’s identity as a thriving, livable community. By integrating green infrastructure and ensuring seamless transitions between residential and public spaces, AMLI MidTown Miami transforms a three-block area into an inviting, sustainable streetscape that is seamlessly woven into the city’s evolving fabric.
