This project is a multi-level private residence that combines the essence of a private club, a masculine retreat, and a reception suite. It is designed to offer both vacation-like leisure and social interaction while maintaining a sense of privacy. The total interior area is approximately 200 square meters.

The overall design is guided by the client’s personal preferences, along with a thoughtful response to the site’s unique features. Situated on the top floor, the space benefits from partial ceiling heights exceeding six meters, abundant natural light from three sides, scenic views through expansive windows, and a granite-clad exterior. These elements informed the spatial layout, which organizes functional zones across three levels according to the residents’ lifestyle and spatial efficiency. The first floor includes a main living and dining area equipped with immersive theater-style lighting and sound, along with a kitchen and a guest suite. The second floor features a gaming and entertainment room alongside the master suite. The third floor is dedicated to a private gym and an outdoor leisure area. Each level is connected by an interior staircase softened by long-pile carpeting, creating both tactile comfort and a flowing spatial rhythm.

Material and color choices throughout the home are daring and forward-thinking. In the public zones, a dark foundational palette amplifies digital lighting and vibrant, high-gloss furnishings. The most dramatic focal points - the soaring TV wall and its opposing feature wall, are formed through layered specialty coatings, sculpted to evoke the rugged texture and dynamic strength of chiseled rock. The sound system is seamlessly embedded into these walls, preserving visual purity and reinforcing conceptual unity.

When illuminated by crimson lighting, the surface transforms into a hyper-realistic image of flowing volcanic lava. This striking visual not only expands the viewer’s imagination but also echoes the granite façade of the building itself, creating a poetic connection between interior atmosphere and architectural identity.
