The design is based on ecology, adopting an enclosed layout to optimize the microclimate, promote natural ventilation and lighting, and reduce energy consumption; the facade innovatively interprets the fish-dragon culture, using modern glass, metal and stone, and shaping a flexible rhythm with smooth arc aesthetics, which has both wind resistance optimization and energy-saving effects; the entrance creates a hotel-style sense of ceremony for returning home, with environmentally friendly and durable materials. The top of the lobby integrates ancient and modern elements with a dragon scale shape, and uses environmentally friendly new materials to improve thermal insulation performance; it skillfully integrates the weatherproof corridor and the sunken courtyard to enhance community vitality and cohesion, and incorporates sustainable water management strategies such as rainwater harvesting, practicing the ecological concept in an all-round way.
Ecological Foundation, Creating Harmonious Human Habitation
This design is rooted in building an ecological space where humans and nature coexist harmoniously and develop sustainably. The building clusters adopt an enclosed layout, artfully integrating the openness and permeability of landscape greening to form an architectural community that is both diverse and unified. This layout not only optimizes the community's microclimate, promotes natural ventilation and lighting, and reduces artificial energy consumption, but also creates a comfortable and safe living environment for residents, thus practicing the ecological concept of sustainable development at the planning level.
Revitalized Craftsmanship and Artistry, Inheriting the Fish-Dragon
Culture The facade design of the clubhouse is an innovative interpretation of the fish-dragon culture. By using modern materials such as smooth glass, textured metal plates, and durable new stone materials, it endows the ancient fish-dragon culture with new vitality of the times. The flowing arc aesthetics run through the design, resembling fish and dragons swimming nimbly in water—sometimes winding and circling, sometimes stretching and extending. This breaks away from the rigidity and monotony of traditional straight lines, adding a dynamic rhythm and soft beauty to the facade. Meanwhile, the arc design helps reduce wind resistance, lower building energy consumption, and achieve energy-saving goals.
