It artfully captures the elegance of French lifestyle and aesthetic sensibility. The architecture, characterized by a neoclassical style, showcases facades that emphasize vertical lines and elongated proportions based on the golden ratio. Consequently, this design imparts a light and slender visual impression, exuding an atmosphere of refined sophistication. Furthermore, the design team meticulously considers every detail and sensory experience, treating the architecture as an exquisite aesthetic vessel. By doing so, the design team has crafted a bespoke lifestyle for residents, ultimately delivering a unique, boutique-level residential experience that stands apart from the ordinary. Each element is thoughtfully designed to enhance the overall living experience, ensuring a harmonious blend of beauty and functionality.

Upon entering the community, residents will be greeted by an exquisitely landscaped green belt reminiscent of Monet’s gardens. This vibrant expanse is thoughtfully designed to integrate with the natural contours of the adjacent park, transforming the surrounding landscape into a picturesque setting for daily life. Crossing the threshold, residents are welcomed into an elegant reception hall inspired by the grandeur of Le Méridien Etoile Paris. This captivating space delights the senses with a sophisticated interplay of light and shadow, meticulously layered materials and colors, and a bespoke signature scent that enhances the ambiance. Additionally, elevators are strategically configured—two per floor serving four exclusive units—to emphasize a commitment to refined living. Each 25-ping unit is thoughtfully designed for spaciousness, featuring dual bathrooms with windows that welcome abundant natural light and fresh breezes.
