Adhering to the design philosophy of "Embracing the Yangtze's Grandeur, Carving Jade with River Essence", it integrates local culture, takes natural ecology as the foundation, and is guided by artistic aesthetics to create a high-quality, upscale community with unique charm.

Spatial Sequence

First Interface：The entire gate serves as an elaborately crafted art installation, representing Wuhan's one-of-a-kind prestigious homecoming design. Constructed with copper-like stainless steel, its patterns are extracted from the project logo. The door handles are inlaid with Bulgari Green marble, exuding undeniable luxury and elegance. The entrance feature wall adopts a unique arc process to soften sharp boundaries, paired with the project's custom logo. It perfectly blends THE BUND REGALIA's grand texture with exquisite details, conveying the project's high-end quality and distinctive style through architectural language even before entering the community.

Core Hub：The 5.4-meter-high double-height gatehouse lobby features a backdrop wall composed of 396 Argentine Green carved leaves assembled into 99 flower petals, creating a noble sense of homecoming ritual. Taking the elevator down to the central station, a circular daylight canopy comes into view upon exiting the elevator hall. The main background wall showcases 168 Da Vinci Beige reliefs, layered with jade and metal that emit a subtle glow. The project maximizes the use of curved lines, presenting a sense of soft beauty everywhere.

Clubhouse Space：In the blueprint of high-end residential living, clubhouses are not only extensions of lifestyle but also symbols of status and taste, as well as gathering places for elite circles. The project features a dual-clubhouse system covering approximately 3,000 square meters. Numerous exclusive club spaces adopt a luxury + classic design style, crafted with meticulous craftsmanship to highlight luxury and elegance. It can be called a benchmark for luxury residential clubhouses in Wuhan, standing out uniquely.
