PepsiCo’s Taipei office transforms an aging commercial space into an energetic “brand marketplace” that celebrates collaboration and identity. Four themed zones—Pepsi, Doritos, Cheetos, and Mountain Dew—are connected through a color-coded circulation system, each expressing its own spirit through custom furniture, textures, and interactive features. Local cultural elements, such as acoustic panels inspired by woven bamboo hats and imagery of Taiwanese potato farms, root the design in place. With open layouts, flexible seating, and a lively visual rhythm, the office becomes a stage for creativity and communication, embodying PepsiCo’s “care” philosophy through spatial experience and cultural storytelling.
