SUI QING RESIDENCES

With the core concept of "Above the River Bay, Poetic Orient", the design draws on Huizhou's local humanistic feelings and the surrounding excellent urban landscapes, integrating them into the main gate and demonstration area. Through imagery translation, it creates an elegant and subtle Oriental aesthetic atmosphere. It strives to depict the leisurely scholar's life of "enjoying the tranquility of mountains and rivers without leaving the city, and embracing the charm of forests and springs amid the hustle and bustle". Inspired by Su Dongpo's deeds in Huizhou and traditional Lingnan culture, the design constructs a state of "enjoying nature in the city at cloud-top courtyard villas by the Dongjiang River" through a progressive spatial sequence and internal-external interaction.

The spatial organization connects the inside and outside of the park through a six-level homecoming sequence. From the ritual mansion gate to functional areas such as reception, negotiation, and exhibition, it forms a circular circulation, creating a highly poetic homecoming-quality community. The customized high-end sunken clubhouse is equipped with club-level experience functions for top-tier circles, such as an indoor heated swimming pool and a cigar lounge, offering high-quality venues.

In terms of material language, architecture, landscape, and interior space adopt an integrated design, enabling the natural penetration of indoor and outdoor spaces. Premium full aluminum panels and natural stone are carefully selected, and the top reproduces the royal caisson ceiling craftsmanship, outlining a majestic sky vault above the mansion gate, demonstrating the prominent prestige of noble families. Architecture, landscape, and interior all adhere to the design centered on poetic Orientalism and Su Dongpo's spirit, not only embodying the integration of local culture but also endowing the venue with authentic texture and marks of time.

Overall, the demonstration area adopts a highly Oriental modern design language, integrating localized elements such as Hejiang Building and Su Dongpo culture, paying tribute to the essence of traditional cultural life—a place for people to stay, communicate, and perceive the alternation of seasons and the rhythm of nature. It is not only the spiritual anchor of the community but also injects enduring vitality into Huizhou.
