With the overall concept of "Urban Archipelago", this project creates an urban public leisure space with composite functions, ecological friendliness, and cultural recognition. Inheriting the aesthetic gene of "Jade Tree", the design transforms Yiwu's regional imagery—such as Xiuhu Lake Moonlit Night and Strange Stones with Clear Water—into perceptible spatial language, while deeply integrating the principles of sustainable development.

In terms of spatial organization, an open and continuous "vitality interface" is constructed through the organic penetration of four core clusters: sports park, community lobby, commercial modules, and community supporting facilities. Sunken courtyards, fully-lit basements, and elevated floors form vertical ecological corridors, optimizing natural lighting and ventilation to reduce energy consumption; rain gardens and landscape waterfalls collaborate to achieve rainwater collection, purification, and reuse, enhancing sponge city efficiency.

The material strategy prioritizes low-carbon, durable, and recyclable building materials such as UHPC, recycled ceramic panels, high-transparency ultra-white glass, and anodized aluminum panels. The "Jade Tree" structure adopts high-strength precast concrete components to achieve a lightweight sculptural form, reducing on-site wet work and improving construction precision and whole-life cycle value. The facade is dominated by beige tones, complemented by gray-green ceramic panels and Beige Golden Stone, mitigating the urban heat island effect while echoing regional aesthetics.

The functional layout implements the "pan-living room" concept. Through corner seamless design, integrated LDKB (Living, Dining, Kitchen, Balcony) layouts, and over 80% glass ratio, the boundary between interior and exterior is blurred to promote symbiosis between architecture and nature. Elevated floors are activated into multi-themed lifestyle halls, integrating children's spaces, private dining tea rooms, day coffee & night alcohol venues, forming composite-functional and time-shared community vitality nodes. The sales center will be seamlessly transformed into a community living room after delivery, realizing long-term operation of spatial assets.

The project maximizes public benefits through refined spatial folding and circulation organization within a construction area of 1,700㎡ (900㎡ above ground / 800㎡ underground) and a landscape area of 3,500㎡. Details such as weather-proof corridors, harbor-style parking, and pedestrian-vehicle separation reflect comprehensive considerations for microclimate regulation, walkability, and community safety.
