Located in the heart of Fuzhou, this project enjoys premium urban resources and a picturesque park-side ecological setting. Rooted in Fuzhou’s maritime spirit and its inclusive, ever-embracing cultural character, the design draws upon modern French lifestyle aesthetics to establish a new benchmark for contemporary luxury residential living. By integrating the cultural context of the Shanghai-influenced urban milieu and addressing the aspirations of high-end clientele, the project aims to create bespoke, hotel-inspired, and gracefully refined modern luxury residences.

The design emphasizes a“strong sense of volumetric sequencing” and “clean, layered lines,” rejecting superfluous ornamentation to convey a high-end character through pure formal relationships. A series of curated, emotionally resonant spaces is arranged along the homecoming route, where spatial folding within a limited footprint extends and enriches the landscape experience. Drawing on the spatial wisdom of classical gardens, different scenes interpenetrate and blend, releasing spatial tension and enhancing the interplay of light and shadow. From the ceremonial entrance gateway to semi-private gardens, and then to the expansive, serene, mirror-like water courtyard, a diverse range of spatial experiences is created. The interplay of stone, metal, light, and shadow, combined with a vibrant palette of seasonally changing plants, reconstitutes a modern living landscape that harmoniously merges ritual grandeur with poetic atmosphere.

The project is deeply committed to sustainable development. Low-carbon, environmentally friendly, and recyclable green building materials are prioritized in construction. The landscape system incorporates sponge city design principles, and native plant species adapted to Fuzhou are carefully selected to establish low-maintenance, high-nurturance natural ecological communities, allowing year-round greenery and ecological fabric to blend seamlessly. Complemented by energy-efficient lighting and a rainwater harvesting system, the project achieves a long-lasting symbiosis between premium living and ecological stewardship.
