This project presents a beautifully designed 122-square-meter residence, meticulously crafted to draw inspiration from the enchanting fairy tale “The Little Match Girl.” This concept embodies the idea that every inch of space has the potential to be lit up by the warm glow of a match. At the heart of the residence are expansive windows paired with delicate, light curtains that invite an abundance of natural light to cascade into the interior. Consequently, this design choice creates a bright and inviting atmosphere, perfect for family living. Furthermore, the open floor plan greatly enhances mobility throughout the home, offering ample space for the homeowners' two children and their cat to flourish in a comfortable environment. In addition to its family-friendly features, this residence provides a tranquil retreat for the couple, who operate a bustling restaurant. The design team has thoughtfully infused the home with a sense of hope and stability, ultimately realizing the vision that “all efforts will eventually bloom as warmly as a match.” Thus, this residence not only serves as a functional living space but also reflects the beauty of aspiration and the warmth of family life.

The entrance hall captivates visitors with its exquisite stone floor, suspended shoe cabinets, and an elegantly mirrored wall, all of which establish a truly enchanting atmosphere reminiscent of a fairy tale. Additionally, the entrance is beautifully enhanced by tree-inspired landscaping, which artfully combines a cat jump platform, a stylish shoe bench, and display features that seamlessly blend elegance with practicality. Transitioning into the main area, one will notice that the TV wall impresses with its striking interplay of deep gray and misty black tones. Here, traditional French-style wall lines converge with a virtual fireplace, creating a captivating artistic ambiance that exudes a soothing presence throughout the space.

In the heart of the home, the dining table and island are thoughtfully integrated, featuring a hidden induction cooktop. This design not only merges culinary functionality with aesthetic appeal but also fosters heartwarming family moments that enhance the overall living experience.
