GREENTOWN Phoenix & Begonia Commercial Villa

The space design is guided by the concept of "harmonizing order and beauty within the space," seamlessly blending Eastern charm with modern aesthetics through an artful narrative. This approach creates a living environment that exudes both warmth and refined elegance.

This project reinterprets spatial logic through precise boundary definition and seamless artistic integration. In the shared areas, an open and fluid layout enhances connectivity: the living room features the Poliform sofa collection, whose soft, graceful curves evoke comfort and domestic ease, while the dining area harmonizes Zen-inspired floral arrangements, emerald green marble, and Swedish Pholc pendant lights into a calming and restorative atmosphere. This interplay of enclosure and openness preserves functional independence while fostering interaction throughout the space.

Design ingenuity extends to the private zones. The master bedroom pairs a sophisticated palette of brown and beige with Santa & Cole floor lamps, fostering a sense of comfort and belonging. The study, clad in dark wood grain, cultivates a calm ambiance ideal for focus and reflection. Along the corridors, sculptural art pieces with sleek curves introduce a subtle sense of tranquil grace. To reflect the individuality of each family member, the room for elders employs a minimalist decoration style to convey a peaceful demeanor, while the girl’s room is enlivened by playful elements like trendy KIMICO figurines, infusing youthful vibrancy and childlike joy.

Through the organic integration of multiple scenarios, the space design imbues daily life with unique ritualistic significance and artistic tension. The featured living room is grounded in deep, muted tones, complemented by an iconic Italian CASSINA lounge chair—its elegant geometric form perfectly speaking to the aesthetics of modern luxury living. Moreover, the piano area is thoughtfully transformed into an artistic stage, where visual beauty and auditory pleasure coalesce in emotional harmony.
