The design concept is guided by the residents' desire for a spacious environment conducive to reading and working. Public areas have been opened up, minimizing partitions while preserving three large glass windows. Ceiling lines and light fixtures extend toward these windows, fostering a natural connection between indoor and outdoor views. This design seamlessly integrates light, shadow, and scenery into daily life. Furthermore, motorized roller shades and adjustable lighting enhance versatility, transforming spaces—such as the sofa, entryway chair, or desk—into ideal settings for reading and contemplation.

The exterior design showcases a blue-gray dual-tone palette, integrating large-format tiles, wood grain textures, and specialty finishes to create a visually appealing and comfortable environment. The open ceiling height is preserved while air conditioning and dehumidification equipment are skillfully concealed, allowing the materials and lighting to take center stage. The lighting employs a blue-toned palette, utilizing varying color temperatures, fixture angles, and linear arrangements to foster a dim, inviting leisure atmosphere. This design achieves a harmonious balance between light, shadow, and the surrounding materials.

The innovative design incorporates concealed appliances and a meticulously crafted layout. Movable walls function as bookshelves and create a walk-in closet, while removing partitions allows the kitchen to accommodate a refrigerator, laundry equipment, and pantry cabinets. Daily living is enhanced by one-touch lighting, central air conditioning, and motorized roller blinds. A rotating shoe cabinet offers dehumidification, and a six-meter storage area allows for flexible organization. The TV console integrates audiovisual systems and includes a catwalk, while bathrooms showcase microcement with color-changing effects, merging elegance with practicality.
