Centered around interconnected corridors and courtyards, it transforms outdoor circulation into sheltered interior spaces, adapting to Ordos’s cold and windy winters. The rammed-earth façade serves not only as a passive thermal buffer but also as a cultural expression, bridging vernacular heritage with contemporary public architecture.
