Brief Introduction to the Landscape Design of the Exhibition Area of Zhengzhou Ximei Merchants·Yunqi Project

Located in the core sector of Zhongyuan District, Zhengzhou, adjacent to West Third Ring Road, the exhibition area of Zhengzhou Ximei Mer-chants·Yunqi Project integrates the thousand-year cultural heritage of the ancient commercial capital with modern residential concepts. With the core concept of "Above the Clouds, Reveal a Transcendent Life", it creates an elegant landscape where nature and humanity coex-ist. constructing a multi-dimensional layout of "one main axis, one secondary axis, two children's activity venues, and 6+2 enjoyment spaces".

The design extracts cultural symbols such as auspicious clouds and lock patterns, and connects the rain-free homecoming route through ceremonial entrances, sunken water courtyards, landscape corridors and other scenes, creating an immersive experience of "luxurious outside and elegant inside". The plant configuration follows the beauty of the four seasons, combined with diverse activity spaces to meet the needs of all age groups. At the same time, it optimizes the functional lay-out of fire protection and parking spaces, balances the landscape ef-fect and practical needs, and presents a high-quality residential mod-el with both a sense of ritual and emotional value for urban elites with the dual tone of artistic customization and natural relaxation.
