The highlight of the event lies in translating classic tokusatsu heroes from screen-based memories into massive, live-action waterfront spectacles. Two large-scale Ultraman installations, standing approximately 15 meters tall, serve as the most striking visual focal points of Love River Bay. By day, they stand as landmark photo spots for families and fans; by night, illuminated by curated lighting, the heroic silhouettes overlay beautifully with the waterfront nightscape, creating an urban tableau that feels both sci-fi and festive.

The event seamlessly integrates amusement, interaction, performances, and commercial scenes. Piers 16 to 18 at the Port of Kaohsiung have been reimagined as the "Pier Amusement Park," featuring 22 free amusement rides and a dedicated toddler zone, ensuring that children of all ages can find their perfect way to play.

The nighttime programming is another major focus. The "Ultra Match" light show turns the bay into a dynamic stage, utilizing light, shadow, music, and the waterfront environment to build the dramatic tension of Ultraman making his grand entrance. Character meet-and-greets fulfill the ultimate fan experience, allowing visitors to not just admire the giant installations from afar, but also connect with these classic heroes up close.
