Haitang Bay in Sanya and Valencia in Spain are 11,000 kilometers apart, yet both belong to a kind of coastal city made for long-term living. Beyond sun and beaches, they are shaped by rich urban life.
Haitangchaoming Villa offers a different allocation of time: a morning courtyard, breakfast in the sun, afternoon reading, an evening walk, and dinner with friends.
The interior establishes a fresh, low-saturation visual order. It reflects sunlight while cooling the visual temperature. Pale blue, grey-green and soft yellow respond to the sea, vegetation and sunlight.
Fine mosaic-like textures create a subtle granular shimmer across the floor under the sun, offering a relaxed material quality that feels natural for bare feet and slippers.
Artworks and bronze sculptures introduce emotion and structure daily life within the space.
What is truly purchased is a slower, outdoor-oriented holiday lifestyle, one that allows families to spend time together over an extended stay. Through a lighter, brighter and more handcrafted material language, the design allows climate, sunlight and family life to become the true protagonists of the space.
