The sofa area features a round window that runs through the wall, allowing light and shadow to penetrate and connect with the outdoor scenery, symbolizing the openness of the golf course. The swing area is designed with precise proportions to ensure a safe distance for hitting the ball and watching the game. To block sound transmission, the project adopts a multi-layered structure and combines different materials to achieve good sound insulation. Audio-visual equipment is integrated into the wall design, allowing technology and aesthetics to coexist while maintaining a clean and sleek overall facade.



An indoor air circulation system is introduced to effectively reduce indoor air pollution and maintain air circulation and exchange without opening windows. Walls and ceilings are constructed using low-formaldehyde, recyclable materials such as gypsum board and cement board, creating soundproof and moisture-proof interior walls.

The lighting system uses low-energy LED light sources throughout, with subdivided light circuits and automatic brightness adjustment via sensor control.

The spatial layout prioritizes spaciousness and accessibility, with a level floor design to facilitate easy movement for the elderly, children, and wheelchair users. Furniture edges are rounded to reduce the risk of collisions. The overall atmosphere uses calming wood tones and warm lighting to create a safe and comfortable space for interaction, reflecting a space that is friendly to all ages.
