The entrance features a ceremonial gate approximately 38 meters wide and 6.5 meters high, integrating aesthetics, landscape, and architecture into a unified design. The central water feature paired with blooming flowers, symmetrical facade, and layered stone materials exude exquisite luxury, conveying "dignity and warmth" and offering owners a hotel-grade homecoming experience. The sunken clubhouse creates a sunken water courtyard through natural water management techniques. The central calm water surface isolates external noise, while distinctive water features and thematic petal art sculptures set a welcoming scene. Shaped like blooming petals, the sunken water surface embodies the theme of "beautiful years, peaceful life." Surrounding the sunken courtyard are functional areas such as a yoga studio and social lounge, meeting the needs of all age groups and extending family functions.

Function Highlight: Begonia Shade Time – Symbiosis of Social Interaction and Nature

Guided by the concept of "enjoyment for three generations," the petal-shaped landscape lounge is composed of interconnected multi-functional corridors. Combining height differences, it forms an inter-residential garden surrounded by multi-layered greenery. The sunken lawn enhances immersion and spatial sense, with partial stone facades paired with champagne gold metal details to highlight artistic taste. The lounge and surrounding flower beds enclose comfortable booth spaces, realizing the vision of "letting landscape transform life and social interaction integrate with landscape." The project creates a woodland landscape with diverse vegetation and rich layers, using various plants to form a well-structured vertical landscape. Northern characteristic tree species are planted to blend natural beauty and reflect community quality. Greenery embodies seasonal themes, creating a multi-dimensional landscape community with changing scenery at every step and year-round appeal.
