VILLA OPUS

VILLA OPUS is strategically located in the core area of Lin'an. Nestled by water, the site boasts exquisite ecological surroundings and carries Lin'an's profound historical and cultural heritage. Rooted in Lin'an's cultural context and integrated with the natural landscape of the Tiaoxi River, the design concept aims to create a high-end villa community that "hides in nature and indulges in cultural charm". Through precise spatial organization and architectural vocabulary, natural scenery is introduced into the community, while regional cultural elements are incorporated to build a residential model that combines luxury temperament with a serene atmosphere.

Design Thinking

The design takes "a journey back to the heart" as the narrative thread. Starting from the urban prosperity, residents cross the Feihong Bridge and arrive at the community entrance. Located on the ground floor, the entrance guides residents to naturally ascend one floor via an elevated landscape trail, realizing a ceremonial transition from urban hustle to a secluded residence.

Entering the villa area, the natural landscape unfolds gradually. Distant waterfalls cascade like silk ribbons, rocks and pine trees set off each other, and pavilions and winding corridors intersperse among them, jointly forming a three-dimensional landscape painting. Strolling up along the corridor, people become part of the scenery, with views changing at every step to experience an immersive spatial narrative.

We understand that high-end life is not only about residential quality but also relies on comprehensive supporting services. Therefore, the community integrates clubhouse functions, including fitness, swimming pool, tea break, private dinner and other diverse facilities, providing residents with one-stop high-quality life services.

Lin'an has been a gathering place for literati since ancient times. In the design, we interpret traditional meanings with modern architectural language. The facade adopts the thickness of stone, the delicacy of metal and the transparency of glass to create a simple and elegant architectural image.
