C&D · Liyue Phase III Show Gallery takes "Poetic Orientalism" as its spiritual core, integrating a high-luxury hotel-style homecoming experience with local cultural narratives to create a sustainable community entrance space that unites aesthetics, functionality, and ecology. Drawing inspiration from the winged motif of the Rolls-Royce "Spirit of Ecstasy," the design team crafted a 45-meter-wide and 15-meter-high wing-spread gateway. This iconic structure not only enhances the ritual of returning home but also improves all-weather accessibility through a spacious rain-free drop-off area.
In terms of material strategy, the project rigorously selects recyclable metal aluminum panels, high-reflective energy-saving glass, and locally sourced luxury stones to minimize transportation-related carbon emissions. The double-eave roof employs a four-layer curved craftsmanship, achieving a lightweight visual aesthetic while ensuring structural durability and low maintenance requirements. The ground pavement features Brazilian Golden Silk stone paired with an embedded LED floor lighting system, balancing high-luxury textures with energy-efficient illumination in alignment with green building lighting standards.
The landscape system embodies sponge city principles: the water feature system incorporates circular filtration devices, and native arbor species such as Pinus parviflora (welcome pine) and Handroanthus impetiginosus (pink trumpet tree) form a plant community with low irrigation needs and high biodiversity. The second courtyard "Forest Language Tea Garden" and the third courtyard "Secluded Water Garden" function as microclimate regulation units through permeable pavement, ecological swales, and water-friendly bars, realizing rainwater retention and urban heat island mitigation. As the "second living room," the elevated floor integrates modular children's play facilities and lounge spaces, extending the lifespan of public areas and fostering community interaction.
The building facade comprises champagne gold aluminum panels and high window-wall ratio glass curtain walls, forming a passive shading system that maximizes natural daylight while reducing air conditioning loads. The sales gallery will be transformed into an owner's club in the future, embodying the concept of full-lifecycle space utilization. Internally, a large number of GRG (Glassfiber Reinforced Gypsum) eco-friendly panels and low-VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) artistic texture paints are used to ensure a healthy living environment.
The overall design connects the immersive homecoming route from the urban interface to private residences through a "two axes and eight scenic spots" garden structure. While inheriting the rhythmic beauty of Southern Fujian's overhanging eaves and Oriental water culture, the project interprets the unified pursuit of ecological responsibility, humanistic care, and long-lasting aesthetics in contemporary high-end residential design through the refined integration of sustainable technologies.
