A Luxury Residential Interior

This luxury residential interior project by Designs By Arman explores the intersection of modern refinement and timeless elegance. Designed for a private U.S. client, the residence embodies balance—between structure and softness, scale and intimacy, statement and restraint.

The concept centers on spatial harmony. Open-plan living areas transition seamlessly into more intimate zones, guided by subtle architectural framing, custom millwork, and layered lighting. Natural materials—stone, warm wood veneers, textured fabrics, and brushed metals—create a tactile dialogue throughout the space.

A muted, neutral palette serves as the foundation, allowing form, proportion, and craftsmanship to define the atmosphere. Sculptural lighting elements and curated furnishings act as focal points without overwhelming the architectural integrity.

Each area was treated as a compositional study:

• The living space emphasizes vertical rhythm and material contrast.

• The dining area introduces sculptural elegance through custom detailing.

• The bedrooms prioritize serenity through texture layering and controlled light.

• The master suite functions as a private retreat, combining sophistication with warmth.
