The project is a compact urban residence of just 56.2 square meters, yet it successfully creates a poetic living space shared by humans and cats. The design draws inspiration from the freedom of Bohemian style and the serenity of Japanese minimalism, weaving together a layered, warm, and flexible aesthetic language. The open-plan layout connects the living room, dining area, and workspace, while movable furniture and partial partitions allow for versatile use, achieving a pet-friendly environment.

The designer thoughtfully addressed the habits of two cats, incorporating custom cat perches, hidden cat houses, and suspended pathways to create a truly shared circulation flow. The main wall is finished with gray plaster to evoke a tranquil atmosphere, complemented by handmade light fixtures, woven rattan furniture, and natural wood tones to express a restrained yet poetic sensibility. Functional elements are crafted with care, including a ventilated litter cabinet, sliding track storage, and replaceable fabric surfaces to enhance hygiene and ease of use. Sustainability is also a key focus, with low-VOC paint and reusable furnishings selected to embody a minimalist design approach that balances environmental consciousness with everyday beauty.
