Designed as an office for a construction company, the space embraces the theme of “low-key luxury and tranquility.” Through the interplay of light, shadow, and earthy tones, the space oozes a calm yet sophisticated atmosphere. When thoughtfully combined, wood, metal, and stone create interiors that are both welcoming and refined, offering a timeless foundation bathed in a gentle glow that exudes understated elegance and sophistication.

The recessed, curved facade sets a welcoming tone, creating visual connectivity between interior and exterior spaces. At the entrance, floating stairs balance structural solidity with visual lightness. The surface is finished with a sand-textured coating. Its delicate, undulating patterns dissolve the rigidity of a flat surface, infusing the corporate space with warmth and refined aesthetics.

The first floor houses the reception and meeting area, where warm wood tones are paired with metallic lines to create a space that is both bright and serene. Incorporating geometric forms in the counter, architectural model displays, and cabinets bring order and clarity. The curved ceiling softens the linear structure and subtly enhances the sense of height. The walls, meticulously detailed with slender vertical lines, visually extend the horizontal dimension, adding visual tension and depth to the space.

The basement serves as the meeting area. The staircase transcends mere function to become a breathtaking sculptural element. It deserves to be celebrated, and light is its ultimate reveal tool. It stands as a focal point, defining the traffic flow and aesthetic of an interior. Below ground, where natural light is scarce, the folding door allows light to flow freely while making the space more adaptable.
